Ergo-V won't use pulse light for filter effect

I just bought the ERGO-V and I am very happy about it, but when I got it, the pulse light would make an effect when you activate the filter. But now it doesn't make that light any more, and I don't know why. Help me :-) I, myself, think it's an important feature, especially when transition from another song!
