Key Lock button on the DDJ-T1

I recently bought the above mixer. Lately, I have noticed that when the 'Key Lock' knob is lit ('On' mode), the sound gets distorted and is almost like the entire track is running at a much higher speed. Any idea how to rectify it?

Thanks in advance.

of cours it is, cause you trying to PITCH UP a track whyle holding the Note at the same time. On his extremle settings (Pitching about 15+ ) traktor becomes unhandable these notes.

Make sure you work with a pitch around 10+/- then the distored sound has to be sound good.

@Aashish > As roBRoy states, as you pitch up the track while holding the Key constant, Traktor introduces some undesirable results, particularly at the extremes. Is there a big difference in BPMs between the two tracks you are mixing?
