Hello, I have a laptop and I have a little trouble with my DDJ, I would like to record a mix with audacity
When I go through the microphone input of the PC, the sound is horrible. So I wonder if there would be no other solution?
Thank you in advance

Audacity

-Change your Headphones input on your Macbook Pro within your System preferences > sound > input > down the bottom change

'Use audio port for: to > Sound Input

-Next open Serato Intro and Audacity. WIthin Audacity make sure you have your settings right for recording stereo sound.

-Audacity > preferences > Device: make sure it's on Built-in Input

recording : Channels: make sure it's on '2 (Stereo)'

-You can make changes to the 'Quality' and 'File formats' if you wish also within other Tabs in Audacity Preferences .

-Hardware: Run RCA to mini Jack from your ERGO to your input jack on the side of your MAC.
