djm 800 problem

my 800's effector is giving me some problems and i need to replace the part but dont have a part number and the technical assistance over the phone gave me the wrong part, im looking for the leveler under the 800 effects knob, so basically the switch that controls wet to dry min to max on the effector, pioneer sent me the switch that controls what channel your effecting

If you look at their parts site you can look in the "parts diagram" and maybe see the part you need, It most likely is on the Panel 2 assy

its not on the diagram they only have the knobs listed im talking about the switch underneath the knob thats actually being turned
@Nick > If you've already talked with someone from Pioneer, you should simply contact them again and explain you received the wrong part and have it replaced. You best bet is to contact Technical support for your region. Links are on the right of this page.
