Left Sync NOT WORKING. Pioneer DDJ-ERGO-V

OS: Windows XP SP3
VirtualDJ 7.0.5b LE (b387)
Firmware - 1.20
Okay, I downloaded and installed the latest version of VirtualDJ LE from their website. I also update my ERGO to the latest firmware (Version 1.2). But still the left sync is not working. What should I do? Please reply ASAP. Thank you.

I found the answer in Virtual DJ Forum. Thanks anyway.
"About the sync button, if you find nothing happens when you press it you'll need to hold the shift button and then press sync to set the master deck. Repressing sync should work now, well I found it did anyway!"
Glad you found it - thanks for posting, a few others had the same complaint and I was never able to figure out why it worked just fine for me...!
my sync is still not working ... i tryed to do this shift hold... but is still not working
press "SHIFT" on the deck B + SYNC button on deck A
I forgot, make sure you already updated your firmware to 1.20.
