Can anyone help???? Having trouble conecting the 1000 to my 3D. Any ideas???

Can you not connect it through the digital audio part?

Or else run it so it's coming into one of your channels.

CDJ1000 analog out > Xone:3D CH1 line input.

Really, I can't see it being any more complex and I just looked at the product manual.

I think the Xones use an AUX channel for their send/return. you need to have the EFX go into the S/R on the mixer so it will work....

Wow, I was totally reading "1000" as "CDJ1000", not paying attention to the forum this thread was in!

Was just searching in this section for the exact same question...
Any body actually connecting an efx 1000 to a 3d 1st hand?
I have tried with a friends the other day through the send and returns and it kept giving you double signals. i.e the un effected signal from the cdj and the effected signal from the efx on the same channel. not as good as using it with a djm 800 and using the send and return nob!
Any ideas?

I hate to say this, but have you tried Their forums? The EFX side is easy enough, but with X1s aux channels as their S/R; I don't know enough about it to really walk a user through it.

And no disrespect here- but does the manual address 3rd party effect units and their intergration with the 3d?????
