Ive just bought an EFX 500 and hooked it up to my mixer through the send and return terminals on the back of my mixer.The only thing is when i press the monitor cue button for the next tune i can here it through all my speakers but when i turn the EFX500 off i cant.Does anybody else have this problem and what can i do.

Seems from the other thread that your problem is the mixer.
