I called the technical support and no one seems to be able to help me. No one knows what an efx1000 is. Everyone keeps re-directing me to someone new.
Is it possible that I can have the part number for the white plastic input dial thing so that I can order it off pioneer's parts website? P.S.: Remember it's not the black knob that you can pull off and put back on, its the white turning thing that the black knob sits on top off. |

 , but, for the future requests - exact part number for the white plastic "thing" is DNK4348 - and its called "shaft". link for pioneer parts web |

I don't know WHY - but this Shaft is the one and only on entire EFX-1000 that made of plastic!
All others are metal |
