Hello
Wonder if anyone can help me? I have a potential setup of 2 x DVJ's connected to 4 x 60 inch widescreen Plasmas. If the plasmas are positioned in Portrait rather than their standard Landscape configuration, is it possible to do anything to the DVJ's to make the picture spin to make the picture the right way up and not on it's side or would I have to create content for the DVD that is on it's side so when it's played it's the right way up on the screens? Thanks. D. |

Depending on the plasma, some of them have the ability to rotate the image within the display. The problem you'll then face is that most content is driven for a landscape display and will end up with the sides chopped off ... or a helluva lot of black above and below the image if it fits to width.
Portrait mounted displays are only good for information display (such as kiosks, airports, etc) or perhaps your computer -- not for entertainment purposes. Pioneer National Trainer // Product Specialist |
