I encountered a problem today with on my dvj-1000. It seems to be cutting each track on my DVD short. For example a 5 min video track would only show up to be 2min on the dvj screen and it would freeze at the 2min point.

It's not the DVD, because the same disc and other discs as well work on the other deck fine. Any disc I put in the troubled dvj deck has the same problem.

Anyone else encounter this problem? or know what's going on? If I turn the deck off and restart it, it works fine again. However, I wanna get this problem checked out for stability.

I'd say contact technical support, I've never heard of a disc playing the tracks short when the disc wasn't at fault.
