Now that I've got my 2nd unit I've always wondered about this.

Is it possible to Sync or Merge the memory locations that you have
on two seperate cards?

Cause I can see situations where your disc aren't necessarily going to
go back into the same machine.

Or do I need to make sure all memory locations are made on one master card
and then duplicate it.

thanks

Officially, no. Unofficially, there's someone in Europe who's partially worked on a software app to do it but it doesn't work very well.

I guess just basically (we almost) just mixing the to two databases together somehow?

I had to do this with some .xml files that Traktor use for it's MIDI to combine two devices to control.....but once it was done I didn't have to return.

I'll stick my memory card in my Mac and see what it looks like. thanks

My pair of 2GB cards both carry the same points. I usually pre-mark my cues and hot cues on the card I've named DVJ1001 and then copy them via USB card reader to my computer, and then to my second card, DVJ1002. Especially helps if you're using two of the same DVD.
