Was wondering whether the master tempo function on the cdj 400's was up to the same standard as the master tempo firmware update for the 1000's mkIII?
seems to skip off alot on my 400's but have never used the master tempo on 1000's so i dont know if im just expecting more from the master tempo function? |

Yeah it never seems to lock on a beat well like with just using the pitch,
its as if its beatmatched except the beat seems to loose sync momentarily and then re-sync on their own as if the wave isnt consistently shaped |

The MT on the 400 works just like my 1000s, some tracks will almost self adjust with off beats. The MT keeps the vocal locked while allowing the adjustment of pitch and it works great on the units I have tried.
