Okay, everyone turn off your caps-lock. That's the little key on the left end of your keyboard, it either has an LED on it or on the top / top-right of the keyboard with an A icon. TURN IT OFF!

Typing all in caps is bad netiquette and I'll ban your ass because it's annoying. First and ONLY warning.

depends on what you spin... if you do a lot of underground dance then you will notice a big lack of promo videos for those songs. they just don't have budgets to make them. but for top 40, 80's, etc there are tons.

I know some DJ make their own DVD-R ... putting visuals to their style of music(from deep house to trip hop).

This must be time consuming especially when you use your own footage. And you abivously need good visuals ... anyone here doing this ... creating your own DVD's to own your DVJ-X1's?

The DVj has really blurred the boundary between DJ and VJ. The results of the DJ mag top 25 vjs poll is here.
http://www.djmag.com/djtech015.php

lots of VJs use DVJs but the ones who came highest in the poll who also mix pop videos are probably coldcut.

that said the poll didn't include any DJs so it isn't much help really.
