This is maby a dumb question.

Why is the beat sometimes change from 60, to 150 on a CD. (eks DJM 800,1000 MK3 etc).

When I load a cd, and the beat is 80, it sometimes show first the right beat in the display, and then after a few secounds it show another beat?

It takes the player a few seconds to "measure" the track, so yeah, it's normal. Sometimes the player doesn't recognize a proper 4/4 pattern so it hiccups and displays a number either half or double the actual value.
