I recently purchased Pioneer PRO-DJ gear, including the latest CDJ-1000MK3 and DJM-800 devices.

In the original cardboard boxes, Pioneer puts a "Involve-Me" paper invitation/letter to encourage customers to register their PRO gear. In return, they offer a free pair of HDJ-1000 headphones - randomly offered to 5 lucky persons each month. Sounds great!

When I navigate to the link mentioned on the "Involve-Me" paper invitation : www.involve-me.com/pioneer Pioneer only lists older models of their gear, like the CDJ-1000MK2 and DJM-600 for example.

By no means am I able to register my new CDJ-1000MK3, nor my new DJM-800 !!!

I would really appreciate a Professional company like Pioneer to update their web pages, so we customers can register our gear and receive the benefits (updates, newsletters, etc)we deserve.

Hey GunBee, that site isn't operated by Pioneer and while Pioneer has sent them several updates over the years, it never seems to get done. I'll contact Karl and see if they can get the updates online. Thanks for bringing this to our attention.
