Hi
Having always used Numarks i finally made the switch and purchased the CDJ 400 last week No when trying to match up my tunes i always used the outer edge of the jog wheel with my numark axis 9's however i am strugguling a bit with the 400's and seem to be using the main platter to try and move the beats rather than the outside edge as that doesnt seem to do much at all... any advice ????? |

In CDJ mode, the entire jogwheel and platter can be used to pitch-bend.
In Vinyl mode, the outer edge of the jogwheel is used for pitch-bending and the platter itself is used to scratch the audio, just like a record. It could be that your Axis9's were more sensitive than the CDJ400, just try spinning it a bit more. Pioneer National Trainer // Product Specialist |
