I've searched the forums but I haven't seemed to have found the anybody who has seen this problem, but I was just mixing as usual and after passing it to my friend I realized the internal speaker inside the left cup was loose. I've tried unscrewing the cap off to access the speaker and maybe trying to fix it in place again but the screws are tight and I don't want to damage the screw heads anymore. Suggestions? The clanking around of the speaker inside the cup is super annoying

How old are they?
Are they under warranty?
If under warranty call technical support.

Contact Tech Support to seee what they have. We aren't allowed to get into the repair side of things...
