Hi,
This is probably a better question to ask in the studio section. Anyways, there are many sites which provide 'DJ Tools' such as drum loops, ambient sound scape's, etc. beatport is one that I use regularly for both Acapella tracks as well as great electronica music. You could of course also put together your own track with something like Cubase, Logic, Pro tools, Reason, etc. -faber |

You can find on most CD singels that thay have instrumental or Dub versions, and on some they will have acapellas. And you can still get tracks on an album or by a used album I think most 12in. singels have instrumental and acapellas.
You will find that most of the software that removes vocals does not work very good. Try and make your owne remixes with software,Sony makes Acid and I is very good but its around $300 you can get a lite ver. of Acid called Music Stuido around $50 I use it alot works for most of what I do. Another program called Music Maker by Magix $40 to $50 works ok but very little product support. Where do you get the music that you mix? |

Depending on the style, Promo Only has an Urban series that has 2 discs. One with the regular mix and one with just instrumentals and acapellas, try them.....

If your looking for some nice samples, loops, and such, check out Big Fish Audio. I've really been impressed with their quality.
Check it out here <- Also stay away from Magix it's crap |

As far as Magix there vocal removel software sounds the best from what I have used. But as I said product support not the best. But on the cheap you get what you pay for.
