I've heard about 2 names thrown around hear that seem to be "proven" audio brands, but haven't seen JBL pop up.
Many sites w/ DJ equipment offer the SF/MP series JBL speakers, and those are nothing special at all, but...what about the SRX series speakers and subwoofers... any opinions on those? |

Quote: You may also want to check out EAW if you're looking towards that price range. . . .Yorkville as well. . . JBL's are probably one of the most well known, the SR-X series are very solid, but BUT, they aren't necessarily the best speakers out there. |

EAW are great. And Yorksville is a very underated company with great products. I have Yorksville amp that rocks!

hmm.. well i haven't seen anyone mention speakers this expensive on here. do you guys think 2 are overkill for a living room? (SRXes come in many sizes)
they are excellent units, i've seen 2 clubs use em here .. 4 giant ones per room and then 2 dual 18" subwoofers (the ones i play at sometimes) .. and they really blow all the other stuff away here in the other clubs, but it's all rubbish speakers so there's no real comparison.which EAW speakers would u recommend then? |
