This thread is for "The Contest" entries only. Any user posting anything other than a contest entry as a reply to this thread will be slapped silly, disqualified from the contest and suspended from the forums. Yes, I mean it.

First, go and read "The Contest" Details and Rules.

Don't forget to include:

- the DIRECT URL to your mix (audio or video)
- the tracklist (Artist / Song / Mix / Year / "Edit" if the track was edited)

Contest closes Midnight (Pacific) July 31st, 2008!

Gonna have to ask you to post that mix somewhere else as it asks me to login in order to download it (and that was after if gave me an invalid security certificate warning). Gotta hate Microsoft.

Given that we've only received one entry and there's only 5 days left, I'm going to extend the deadline to August 31st, 2008.

C'mon people, let's see what you've got. It won't take much to win some Pioneer swag and I know you guys are ALWAYS bitching about not having any Pioneer branded stuff!

I think I've had it with people who complain about not getting Pioneer swag. We put together a simple contest, extended it by a month and still only 2 DJs were able to get off their asses and put something together. I don't plan on offering up any future contests because it seems you guys just can't make any effort to participate.

I'll still declare a winner in a week but I've decided that both Mikey and Ryan will automagically receive a sweet swag package from yours truly because I want to thank them for being active members who are willing to TRY!

The middle- It's easy to say you'll enter and then you get busy? People don't really want any swag, but say it anyway?

Don't use me as an example!!! I posted over 600 pix in the 'I spotted a Star DJ using Pioneer Gear" and got tons of stuff. So I'm all about getting gear, but maybe we have a best post contest once a month or every other month???

You and I judge who puts up the best and most helpful post in that time period. that way EVERYONE is entered and EVERYONE has a fair shot; level playing field no advantages to anyone. I think we'd get further with that then somethin where by memebers have to break a sweat over a hot lappy! Big Grin

But ya, way to get involved again... Frowner

Yay stuff! Big Grin

And here I was about to not enter because I always win at least SOMETHING (due to lack of entries most often), and I wanted to give others a shot at stuff.

Hehehehe suckers...

I haven't even listened, but I vote DeanStephens wins based solely on "getting off his ass" potential. If a n00b can do it, so can anyone else on the forums.
