Hi guys,
I've been going to alot of places checking out different clubs in London, UK. Now I have a question. Is there a Deep House scene in London? Maybe I am looking at the wrong places, but wherever I go I hear mostly Electro House, and some Progressive.
Someone please enlighten me Smiler

you could also try ben watt's buzzin fly night at the end.. otherwise look out for the dj/producers you prefer, there may not be too many nights which identify specifically as deep house, but you will find plenty of deep house djs guesting/playing around the city, especially if you like the deep tech sound. it's a shame the cross and the key have closed, but try places like the end, the egg and even fabric when the right people are playing. pick up the free paper 'one week to live' for really extensive listings, especially for the smaller places which may be more likely to be playing deep.

definitely check the listings in 'one week to live', you can pick up a copy in virgin (or whatever stupid name they've called it now) or the small vinyl shops. check out phonica in soho for good info too.
it's probably the smaller venues where you'll hear the best music, t-bar, plastic people, fluid etc. mostly out east.

Fabric depending on what night it is, also check out vinyl junkies the record shop, this is where all the big jocks stop by when visiting London and they will tell you what night to go to.
They play deep house/soul and the like
