I can pretty much rotate and spin my cue button all the way around. it will not function unless it is in its original position.. and when its there it works fine.. is this a part I can order and replace myself? or will I need to send it you for repair?

Well, it's out of order so you COULD order and repair it yourself, but given the complex nature of those players, you may want to take it to a shop to have them repair it for you.
