It's the 2002 Pioneer Digital DJ Masters Tournament: Live on DVD!



Orlando, FL (March 13, 2003) Pioneer Pro Dj in conjunction with Promo Only, Inc., today announced the release of CDJ-1000 Digital Battle, a DVD featuring the world's premiere digital turntablists in a no-holds barred competition for the Digital DJ world title.



Filmed live at Planet Hollywood in Atlantic City, Digital Battle captures all the excitement of one of the industry's most exclusive competitions. Offering up-close and personal footage of the best and the brightest of the new crop of digital DJs as they perform in this invitation-only event.



"These guys are a new breed of DJ and have reached the top of their field.....the things that some of these contestants did on a CDJ-1000 even blew the Pioneer staff away !! Contestants squaring off for the event came from every corner of the country and every rung of the DJ ladder to compete: club DJs, concert mix-masters and newcomers alike gathered to raise the bar and offer the standing-room only audience in attendance an evening of cutting-edge entertainment -- and a lesson in just what the right DJ, armed with the right equipment, can accomplish.

Digital Battle features over 35 minutes of performance; as well as many up-close shots that reveal many of the pioneering techniques developed and used by the event's winners.
