FORMER TASCAM PRODUCT SPECIALIST TO MAN PIONEER MARKETING DEPARTMENT

Long Beach, California (January 20, 2006) � Pioneer Electronics, Pro DJ Division, the nation's most popular manufacture of Pro DJ equipment, has recruited industry veteran David Arevalo to fill its Marketing Manager position.

David Arevalo, also known as "DJ Davey Dave", brings over 20 years experience as a professional DJ, record label promoter and producer to Pioneer. Prior to joining Pioneer, Davey Dave was employed by Tascam where he was involved in all aspects of product planning and bring DJ products to market. Prior to that Davey worked at Geffen Records as a record promoter. Most importantly, Davey Dave also brings to the table many years of experience touring with Los Angeles based Drum & Bass group UBERZONE. UBERZONE has recorded several successful albums that have impacted that genre of music and will be performing at Global Gathering in Miami May 18th. (flyer below)
