DJ Booth needs MP3's with its own encoding. I would suggest ripping using DJ booth from the computer it is on or using the import function.

Is the DMP showing PC Control? I can't think of why it would do that so I would call Tech support (800) 872-4159. Maybe Pulse or Hot Toddy can think od something else.

You might need to try to change the format of the songs from wma to mp3 or like music match file. I have two triple 5's and some songs I downloaded would not work, until I change them to another type file.

Copy and paste all of the songs in winamp. When I did this they all worked.
