As above, is it worth buying external Players for DJS. I hook up my own mixer sometimes and like that, but I like the way I can carry just a laptop around, but will adding external Players give a better all round result or does it just look better?
I think I might be missing the hands-on feel of vinyl! Cheers Sparky |

i think so mate. i use a usb mixer and use my key pad location keys for play pause cue loop etc and just to have that hands on is good.
better than using just 1 channel and using your mouse to go from one tune to the next. good mixers to go off are the numark usb ones they even do a 19" rack one now for about 180 notes. cheers. |

Yes it will make a difference. I have 2 DMP-555's which control DJS and there is no comparison. The only problem with them is the scratch function. BUT Pioneer has CDJ-400’s coming out soon and a new version of DJS. Search the web for details I am not sure why it wasn’t put out on the forums yet. You will love the software even more.

The CDJ400 will be able to control not only DJS but also Serato, Torq, Ableton... you name it. This is going to be a killer controller!
