I'm sorry I didn't get to your issue sooner - I was trying to replicate your problem here, but I've been busy with plenty of other things as well.

I tried as well but, I couldn't get it to replicate. Actually the DMP 555 and DJ Booth is very user friendly. There may have been an issue with your computer. I know mine has an issue with external sound cards.

Bummer to hear about your problem.
The DMP doesn't have as big of a following on the board, so unfortunately there aren't as many people around that can help. Did you try calling technical support? |

beware not to flame a nice piece of technology like the DMP if you connect it to a PC which is badly installed/configured, with lousy hardware, or infested with critters.
Last week I assembled an old PC (PII 200Mhz with ISA cards!) reinstalled and once it was tuned to the max I tried to surf with it (using ADSL) and the thing was just flying!! I was impressed how such an old fart was still capable of doing so much stuff in such a swift way! So a well installed slow PC can easily outperform a badly installed fast PC. |

It's true! Last week I was playing with a 486 that was performing at AMAZING speeds for its age! Granted, there's no USB, PCI slots, or even onboard IDE, but for what that box is worth today, it was impressive.

Hey duval see this thread
I had a loooooooooooooong wait when I orderd gear from Pio Europe but it was worth it, sort of. They might not ship here anymore because of the shipping catasrophe but give em a try. I would post the email address for you to try but I don't think its allowed by us non-mods. Look on my profile and email me and I will give you teh contact person I was helped by and maybe that'll help. |
