It's all about upgrades. If there's something you want but it's not in the current software, ask for it! Pioneer's been focusing their efforts on the Beta version of the trial software so they can get more users saying "Yes, we want this, this needs to change, this is good, that isn't." There will be more updates as soon as they can make them.

As for your problems with the soundcard, you may need to load another driver for it in order for the 1/2 3/4 5/6 to be selectable. I know my Edirol UA-5 has 3 different drivers for Windows, all for different uses.

Just a suggestion - make sure your links to images work before posting them, and use JPG's or PNG's instead of BMP's.

I went with 2 Edirol UA 1A's and they work very nicely. The one problem I had was that the sndvol32.exe was not showing show I couldn't get any volume from the computer. I unhid that file and no more problems.

It wasn't showing show?

I know on my XP install, when I have my box setup for the UA-5 there's no "in windows" control for the volume, which is just as well because I don't want another point where I can control the signal volume.

Nice catch Pulse.. I meant to say it wasn't showing the file. Sorry I was not awake when I posted that.

Friz,
You are welcome. I ran into the same problem on not having enough USB ports. So I bought a 4 port USB hub and that solved it.

I can run both sound cards, the DMP, and Martin Light jockey and still have room to spare. But, I think that the UA-5 is probably just as good if not a little better.

As far as logging into the site have you set up your username and password?

Friz,
You are welcome I am glad I could help. I don't have my laptop handy so I can't log into the site right now to check on the FAQ thing. What specifically are you trying to do? Also keep in mind when using the DMP 555 and DJ Booth only one can be used at a time with DJ Booth unless you are running separate computers.
