Dude, that's just plain overkill. No dj needs that much equipment to spin.Seems like these days clubs are getting to technical for no reason.I don't care who you are,it's just plain ridiculous. What ever happened to the days of just two units and a great mixer?Plus there set-up is not to dj friendly. In fact it seems that to many clubs now a days don't think about dj comfortability anymore.Might as well start building shelves....Trend

Are you kidding me, this is THE PERFECT SET UP. 1. DJs have preference on what type of mixer they want to use, some prefer using the rotary, some prefer using conventional,(Notice there are 3 mixers and computer can switch to which ever one is being used and those t-tables and cd players will be used). 2. Make it that much more easier to do a 2X4 set. and 3. Next DJ can just mix into the previous DJ's set without pushing them away and letting them finish all the effects, eqs, whatever in their set.

pioneer doesnt compete with technics.
d3n0n was the club standard for dual decks, but after the release of the CMX3000, it's been outselling d3n0n units 10 to 1. most clubs stilll have some d3n0n laying around. and most DJ's prefer the "sonic quality" & "legendary reputation" of the rain mixers. |

most dance music comes out on vinyl... although i will agree though 8 turntables is a little overkill for one DJ...I know I could get by with 2... a third is nice for adding samples/scratching... then again if you're doing a tagteam set, you can fit 3 people easily in there...
it kinda looks like they patched the cdj-1000 in--not a perm place for it. |

Sorry for ressurecting a years old topic but does anyone know where I can find the pic of the booth they all talk about here. Is it the Ministry of Sound in London or elsewhere?
