The knobs (as in the plastic caps) or the actual fader or potentiometers themselves?

Since you were kind enough to put "Somewhere" as your location instead of your ACTUAL location, I can't exactly direct you to the right support channel.

If you're in the US, visit http://parts.pioneerelectronics.com and find what you need there or phone them for further help.

Thats it...call the person thats doing their best to help you a knob, {with a 'K'}. You'd probably have got a better response if you hadn't addressed him in such a way but why should he be bothered?

My first port of call would be a local supplier simply for covenience and time efficiency.

Just don't call them "knobs" either!

Knob caps for the faders and crossfaders are simply push on types, easily replaced.

The channel and master faders are bets replaced by a competent technician.

The faders (linear travel potentiometers) can be re-conditioned if there has beed dirt or drinks spilt into them, this is often the cause of the crackle you get when moving the faders.

The parts can be surprisingly expensive, so it is best to get them installed by someone who knows what they are doing.
