I have a few month old DJM-600, I switched to Pioneer because of a lot of great reviews. Here are my problems:

1. Channel 4 will go crazy with a lot of static even when nothing is plugged into it. I like to use this as my wired mic for weddings but I can't because of this. I will have everything turned down on channel 4, will be working with channel 1 and 2 and I will see my lights peaking red on that channel. Any ideas?

2. I want to hook up serato so I can use CD's if I want, when I hook up channel 1 and 2 to use Serato and then be able to flip the switch if I want to go to CD I will hear the control cd's through my speakers very lightly, even if I am on the Serato side, like I was on the setting to use CD's.

Sorry if this does not make sense, and I will help clarify if needed. Any help is greatly appreciated and thanks in advance.

Sounds like there's something wrong with the internals; I'd contact tech support - links are at the top of this page.
