wondering if anyone has had this happen.
my right channel has been a little "crusty" as in it will crackle when you change the gain. I had put some contact cleaner on it a couple weeks ago and it was fine. last night it was really bad and I didnt have contact cleaner. so everything was okay. I was not turning the gain @ all and playing just fine until all of a sudden the sound would start jumping from quiet to loud and it was all over the place....every once and awhile the highs would be a lot brighter then they would go back to normal. it was not fun. anyways.....has anyone heard of this happening? Im hoping its a easy fix and not something that requires replacing the "mother board"? |

I'd contact technical support and see what they say - I know the innards of the 909 are complicated and there could be something other than a bad pot.

I got to borrow a 909 and mess with it some more. Before the 800, I think every Pioneer DJ said their fav was the 909...
