Hi all
I'm wondering if anyone out there has ever replaced a crossfader on a DJM 3000 ? I seem to be having a bit of a problem. I need to replace one on mine. I ordered one, and it arrived yesterday. Just to the left of the metal fader housing, and on the back, it says : PCB 3000 CROSS F So it looks like it should be the right one. It also says CMKD-P3X The pcb board is 9.5 cm long. The screw holes are 8cm apart. However, on the mixer, the speckled grey metal plate that sits over the crossfader with the A & B on it has screw holes which are about 11cm apart ? Inside the mixer, where the crossfader has been removed, on the green main board, it says CMKY-G3X which is similar, but not the same. When plugged in, the crossfader functions correctly, suggesting maybe the top plate is incorrect. I could drill new holes in the mixer cover plate, 8cm apart, but I don't really wanna do that! Any ideas anyone !? |

The Pioneer part number is : 226902960
According to the supplier of parts over here that is the right part number. If there is anyone out there with a 3000 could they measure the distance between the crossfader screw holes on the top of the mixer please ? |

You can just call Pio Parts. They'll be able to tell you and get the part to you ASAP. I don't see why they wouldn't sell it - being part of the crossfader I'm sure more people than just you have thrown it in the garbage.

Quote: No such thing in the UK. You phone customer services, and if you want any parts youre told to phone a company called SEME who handle all their parts for them. Unfortunately they have no idea of what part I'm talking about. Quality. |
