Dropped my DJM-400, and now it won't turn on Frowner It's over a year old, so I'm pretty sure it's not under warranty, although I doubt the damage would be covered anyway. Should I open it up and look? Should I take it someplace local? Should I send it to Pioneer? Help me Obi-Wan Kenobi. You're my only hope.

Contact tech support and see what they advise. Also check to see if you used a CC to pay with, they will sometimes double the manufacturers warranty...

No, don't open it and no, accidental damage (such as dropping it) is not covered under warranty.
