Bit of a newbie question, so here goes:

Can I put a line signal (coming from my Traktor Audio 8 box) into the DJM800's 'CD input'?

I'm hooking up Traktor along 3 CDJ's (those go via Digital) and I want to keep as much plugged in as the gear is built-in in a booth.
Sanity cleansed daily.

CD, line, tape, VCR, DVD ... they're all the same "line" level signal. The only different inputs: mic and phono.

I'am running Traktor 3 and am using the Inative Instruments Audio DJ 8 if this is what you have.
I have two lines out from traktor to my DJM3000 and have two lines from my CMX 3000. Just go to preferences select audio set-up output routing and select the outs you want and apply.
