Just converted from DJM-600 to DJM-800 call me stupid but does the 800 have pitchshifter on it like the 600 did.

The Robot effect, when the parameter is at its lowest, is a pitch-shifter! If you turn the level dial up, you get the robot effect, but the parameter knob will allow you to pitch shift.

but the actual Pitch effect as a name is gone, and yes the robot works in place of but not the same as. The Robot is very cool on the Mic..

Sure it does - just be sure the level is all the way down and you have the exact same pitch effect as the 500/600/3000.
