I had a problem with my crossfader bleeding. I had a friend of mine replace the crossfader and he dropped one the faceplate screws down in the mixer. Now audio from channel 1 is playing on channel 1 and channel 2. any suggestions or similar problems

"Replaced" the crossfader? You DO know it's an optical fader and there's no chance of the crossfader itself causing the bleeding, right?

If you dropped a screw into the mixer, you're asking for a short. Fish it out and contact technical support, it sounds like you might need it.
