Hi,
I hope someone can help me as I have a wedding to DJ for this weekend and one of my channels is not correctly sending an output! My right CDJ is connected to my muxer and I can see from the level indicator that sound is being sent from the CDJ to the mixer. I can also hear the output on the headphone monitor. However the sound is not being sent to the "MASTER 2" output to my PC. My left CDJ works fine. This is very bizarre as both were working fine yesterday. I have checked my PC speakers and they work correctly. Also have monitored input levels on my PC and nothing is being sent from the right CDJ. Any ideas? Thanks, Ron |

Apart from checking the cables yourself, you may need to contact tech support.

Thanks P.
It has started to work now. No idea why. I decided to put the unit on the floor close to my PC and try RCA Phono to 3.5mm Stereo jack (cable not long enough for normal desk position). It worked fine. I then replaced the Phono to 3.5mm cable with the normal double ended Phono cable and it worked. I then set the unit back up on my desk exactly how it was before and it continued to work fine! Weird! |

OK I spoke too soon.
Tried again just now and it has now stopped working. I have tried disconnecting everything and trying again but to no avail. Tested all of the cables and they are all fine as they work with the left channel. It just looks like the right channel is not sending a signal to the master output. Will call tech suppport tomorrow. |

Yeah fingers crossed. For an authorised repair shop for Pioneer equipment, in your experience how long would it take to a) identify b) fix such a problem?

No clue - it depends on where it goes (local shop or regional repair centre) and if local, if they can repair it whether or not it needs to be sent to regional, if the parts are available, etc... lots of variables.

Tech support have never seen this problem before so will make a trip to repair shop this weekend. Will let you know the outcome. |
