Pioneer DDJ-SB3 Connection Problem Windows 10

Dear Pioneer team.

When I plug in my Pioneer DDJ-SB3 controller into any of the USB ports on my computer, the PC doesn't recognize the controller at all.

The controller lights turn on and that's about it - controller isn't displayed in the device manager and in Serato as well.

I've tried using Serato Lite and Pro versions, tried switching the cables, nothing worked.

I have just installed Windows, minimum amount of software is now installed on my PC. However, I have downloaded all updates, as well as optional ones for Realtek drivers.

My specs: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6-core processor, 3.59 GHz; 16GB RAM; 64-bit operating system, x64 based processor. I'm using Windows 10.

The controller works with my Windows 11 laptop though - could it be a Windows related issue?

Hope for your prompt reply,

Andriy.

If it's not showing in the Windows Device Manager, it hasn't been recognized by the system. Please try using a different USB port or USB cable as it could be that the motherboard is not providing adequate power to the DDJ. As it works with another computer, that could certainly be it -- you may also check your motherboard's manufacturer support page for BIOS and driver updates.

Thanks for the reply.

I've tried using all the available USB ports, unplugging all of my devices from USB ports except DDJ, used another USB cable - nothing worked. I have also updated BIOS, even updated my PC to Windows 11, the problem remains. I also wanted to update my motherboard drivers, but there are multiple drivers available: LAN, Chipset, Audio, VGA Drivers, Software and Utility, Utilities: Armoury Crate. Which should I update?

Also, I forgot to mention that I have used this DDJ-SB3 controller on this PC for couple of years and it worked. This problem occurred from time to time, but switching to other USB port usually helped. For now, nothing helps at all.

Are you able to troubleshoot by testing with another computer? That would help rule it out.

Yes, I have another PC, but I don't quite understand how could I troubleshoot. Could you please specify?

Install Serato DJ Lite to that computer, connect the SB3, load a song, see if it works.

Sorry for misunderstanding, but I've actually done it before (as indicated in my first message). The controller works fine via laptop as well as Serato.
I just wonder why the PC won't recognize the controller.
As I understand, there's still a chance for this to work out if I update my motherboard drivers. But I still don't know which exact driver do I need to update (see the list of possible options in my 2nd message).
Is there a chance some of these drivers might work? Are there still any other options I could try?
