XDJ RJ Map trouble

Hi.

I have a XDJ-R1, I got a mapping for Traktor Pro 2, but I have a little irritant thing on PC Mixer mode... so the Headphone out is too loud, and my question is, how can I adjust the Phone out gain virtually (Not from console knob) ? 

And is someone who's have a list of midi channels, or how know whitch parameter what is it ? I mean for example, I have a led out channel, from where to know whitch is theirs midi code ?

If you have mapped your headphone volume knob, you should un-map it as it will also control the audio level through your headphones as an audio control while still sending MIDI signal.
