DJM 900NXS2 + Unable to record on PC

Hey guys....attempting to stream DJ sets from using my DJM900NXS2 and running into some issues. I have the drivers installed for windows 10 for this mixer but it doesn't seem to be sending any signal to the PC. I had this working at one point a few months back, unsure what changed. I know I had installed new drivers to get ableton working properly so I thought that might be the cause and did a second install of windows on a new partition so that I knew that wasn't causing it....still no audio. Unsure what to do, very frustrating. USB is connected to the "A" USB at the top left of the mixer, have tried B as well along with multiple USB ports on the computer. It recognizes the device but doesn't want to actually record any audio. I've tried checking in Audacity, OBS, and the windows audio device manager and NOTHING. Posting some screenshots to show.
