djm 750 usb unrecognised device

hi i have had this mixer a while and have no problems recording using audacity,i have just got a new laptop but the new laptop wont recognise the mixer i just get device malfunctioned unrecognised device message.i have tried updating the driver but it is up to date,i have tried on another laptop but still unrecognised device.

now the last time i recorded on the mixer was at a club where other djs used my mixer with controllers aswell as cdjs now im thinking one of them has changed the settings and this is the cause for it to be un recognised device on laptops so im just wondring if there is a way i can reset to factory settings.
