I have this same issue. Is it the Crossfader being messed up? Or the switches? Or is it something software? Please help!

DJM 900NXS2 crossfader assignment
The crossfader channel assignment for the up faders is not working properly.
Deck 1 (left) is assigned to channel 1 A-side, while Deck 2 (right) is assigned to channel 4 B-side. If I'm playing a track on deck 1 and I move the crossfader to the far right (B-side), music from channel 1 keeps playing. If I then switch the assignment for channel 1 to B [while the crossfader is all the way to the right] the music stops playing. However is I move the crossfader back towards the left, side-A channel one start playing regardless of the fact that the channel is actually assigned to side-B.
This is happening on both sides. The mixer is under warranty and I have already sent my mixer back to the authorised dealer in South Africa.

For me, it was the switches for assigning the left (A) and right (B) channels. I sent it back to the supplier and they had to replace the crossfader board. If your unit is still under warranty i would suggest you send it back and get the malfunction fixed.
