I recorded a track in rekordbox with the intern mixer of rekordbox. The wave file with cue points I saved on a usb stick. I marked: Hot cues automatically on CDJ.
When I put now the USB stick in to CDJ 2000 Nexus I just see the wave file without HotCues. Also when I press REC/Call the Cues are not shown.
Is there a way to correct that? Or is it just possible to use the recorded Cues with the Computer linked to the CDJ 2000 Nexus?
I just want to use the USB stick to play the record files from rekordbox. Also I have the problem, that the waveform (of the recorded track in rekordbox with the intern mixer) is to little. I need a bigger waveform to see better in the track.

Was the file on the USB drive (already exported) before you added the cue / memory points?
And if I understand, your complaint about the small waveform is that the track is not loud enough, thus the waveform itself is not very tall, is that right?
