Exit Loop has started bugging out on both my CDJ 2000 NXS players

Hi Pulse,

All of a sudden I cannot exit my loops on my CDJ 200 NXS, if I press exit it goes straight to the end of the loop and starts it again instead of de-activating the dark orange which is what it always used do to. What is strange is that it is happening on both my decks even when I change the USB port from left to the right deck. I tried using a different USB stick - that didn't work. I noticed that a post was put up on this subject already in 2014 and was never answered:

Can I please get some guidance? Has this occurred before? Any reason why it would just start happening out of the blue? Maybe my Rekordbox has become corrupted? Should I try and re-install Rekordbox and see where that takes me? I am using 4.3.0. Happy to update if you think that is the issue.

I did set the loop up once on the CDJ NXS but never saved it onto my USB stick and have since change USB sticks anyways.

The loop on this particular track was never created by me in Rekordbox, the CDJ 2000 NXS (both of them) seem to have taken it upon themselves to create this automatic loop (or maybe remember from some time earlier when I used the decks) at the start of my track. When I look at the track in Rekordbox there is no such auto-loop set up (PS I do know how to do this). Further, when I set up a loop on the fly I also have trouble exiting, the dark orange doesn't turn off like it used to - so it's not relegated to this one loop only.Yeh so this is a bit of a crazy puzzle. Maybe the NXS 2s have this loop

Yeh so this is a bit of a crazy puzzle. Please help, have a set on the radio tomorrow would be great to get it debugged otherwise life won't be as fun.

Can you snap a video of it so I can pass it along to the engineers?

Any relevant information as to what you're doing / did before it happened / player settings are important to know as well please!
