I purchased two DJM-S9 mixers in less than 4 months one of the Faders broke off. I shipped the mixer back to Pioneer paying over $60 in shipping myself because I didn't feel confident with the nearest service center they recommended When they got the mixer they told me the Fader wasn't covered in the Warranty.
It's a bit upsetting knowing I have to pay to cover the repairs of something that should have lasted longer. You should guarantee the quality of the Fader.
I'm not a happy customer!
