@George > It could certainly be a problem with the bit / sample combo - here's the supported formats on the XDJ-RX:

If you wanted to send me the file to check, I can pass it along to the engineers for inspection.
what WAV formats is the player capable of playing back? I've experienced a few issues/errors with downloaded WAVs that are 48K/24bit but am not sure if its the sample rate, bit depth or just bandwidth that's upsetting things

the table above suggests that 48k/24bit will work? converted the file last night to 44.1k/24bit and now it plays
what's the best way to forward you the file?
George
@George > That's how I would read it; 16bit/44.1kHz, 16bit/48kHz, 24bit/44.1kHz, 24bit/48kHz.
You can Dropbox it and post the link here - once I've got it, I'll edit the post to remove the link.
if you could remove this link asap I'd be grateful
George
Got it - removed. I'll take a peek and see what's what with the file.
Easy find - that file is 32bit!
well done, my bad, could have sworn they were 24bit
thanks
George
