XDJ RX en panne

il viens de me tomber en panne en pleine soirée , il ne fonctionne plus ! , aucun des boutons play Cue pad aucun des bouton … fonctionne!! , par contre il s’allume bien mais aucun des bouton réagi alors qui sont bien allumer , la dernière mise a jour est bien installer , je l’ai éteint et rallumer et toujours pareil, merci par avance de me répondre au plus vite , car je m’en sert tout les week end

Can you put the unit into firmware update mode? Press and hold the USB 1 STOP and RELOOP/EXIT button on deck one while powering-on the XDJ-RX. If it does NOT enter firmware update mode, then the unit will need to be sent for service. If it DOES enter update mode, please try and re-flash the firmware (download available here).

If you are able to update, but the unit still won't perform properly, please send it for inspection and servicing.

What version is the firmware?

What happened to cause the freeze (a button press, effect, etc)?

What source were you playing from - USB / link / rekordbox dj?

Did it work after you power-cycled the RX?

Has it ever happened before?

Can you repeat the freeze?

Which version is the firmware? Impossible to know because I can not go to the menu because no button works, if my memory is good 2.2 software

What happened to cause frost (a pressure knob, effect, etc.)?
The Rx is broken down in the evening without pressing any button,
A music turn at that moment, it freezes to block while the music turn,

What source did you play - USB / link / rekordbox dj? USB

Did this work after you activated the RX?

Yeah, if that happens, it's likely a hardware failure. Please contact technical support to have the unit serviced / repaired.
