Try following this guide, it should help even if it's for R-series controllers.
I'm having trouble getting Windows to load the SX2 audio drivers. It will only load the "Generic USB Audio" driver. I have uninstalled the device, rebooted, and re-installed the latest Pioneer driver before connecting the SX2, but no change. I can see in the Event Viewer that even after uninstalling the device, Windows still recognizes it as a previously installed device and "remembers" loading "Generic USB Audio" before and does it again.
Both Rekordbox DJ and Serato "see" the SX2 audio device, but neither will connect. I'm assuming because "Generic USB Audio" is not ASIO. ASIO4All recognizes the SX2 as an ASIO device though, and I can get regular computer audio through. I attempted to force load the drivers by extracting them from the .exe, but there's no .inf. I also verified that midi is working using Midi-Ox, and the controller works with Rekordbox DJ, just no sound. I've read through the forums and watched some Youtube videos on similar problems, but to no avail. Any ideas?

i've got the same problem with the same controller. i've got the latest firmware and the latest driver, but windows 10 64bit does not recognize it... lame.
Have you tried to assign the Pioneer Driver manually to the device?
When in the device Manager in Windows and doing a right click onto the 'Generic USB Audio' you should be able to select 'update driver'. Next you choose the Option 'search on the Computer for the driver'. After that you click on 'choose from the list of available Drivers on the computer'. Either you will see the Pioneer Driver in the next Screen or not. If not uncheck the box for 'compatiple hardware'. Now you will be able to scroll to a list of Drivers. You should find the one for you Pioneer device and select it.
Remark: I was translating the selections from my german Windows, therefore they might be slightly named differently on an english Windows but you should get the sense.
