hum by connecting a microphone with trs jack (DDJ-RR)

I noticed that by connecting a microphone with trs jack, you hear a buzzing bottom and the volume is very low, even bringing the volume of the microphone at the maximum. If you connect a mono jack the problem does not occur, the sound is clean and free of hum.

The cables with which I conducted the tests are new, then I exclude that may depend on the conductors. This problem occurred after the latest software and firmware updates.
